I used to have a huge collection of scented body washes, from those mall stores that inundate your nose with florals and fruits and musks. And for the life of me, I couldn't ever get through a bottle without changing my mind about the scent. Am I the only one with partially-used bottles of body wash (and body splash, and shampoo) under the sink, languishing and forgotten? I hope not.
I was like that, until I discovered the best. body. wash. ever. philosophy's Pure Grace foaming bath and shower cream
I used to like the Falling in Love scent from philosophy, but after a while it was too perfume-y. Later, I was staying at a friend's house, and her roommate had Pure Grace in the shower. Being the nosy guest that I apparently am, I opened the bottle to smell it... and secretly used it because it was so wonderful! Now, I can honestly say it's the first scented body wash I have had to buy a replacement for because I have EMPTIED the bottle. And I don't see myself changing that lovely soap smell anytime soon.

Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash
It's the simple things in life that make the biggest difference. Having wonderful soaps in the shower, after a long day at work or a rough workout? Priceless.
I saw Pure Grace in the BX while we were in Okinawa. It caught my eye since our kiddo is named Grace :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd I love Johnson's! I use that and Aveeno for my girls. I had to use it as a shampoo once and I HATED it for my hair. And now that Grace has hair I don't like using it in hers either. But I do love the smell of a baby fresh out of the bath coated in Johnson's baby products!!
So many of philosophy's products have the name of Grace... and you'll love to know that the founder of philosophy named her own daughter Grace! The "Amazing Grace" fragrance came before her daughter was born, but she continues to the "Grace" line in name. :)
ReplyDeleteI love their face wash Purity. It gets off all the days wear and all the makeup. I can tell when I don't use it at night. The next day my face feels gross and there is a pimple - like I'm a teenager again.
