My original blog layout was done by my friend Aly at Bridge Work Blog Designs. When I needed an update recently, I decided to check out her friend Ashley's custom character designs as well, because I wanted a header that incorporated everything that my blog is about. I loved Ashley's portfolio, and wish I could do something like that on my own!
Anyways, what you see now is a beautiful combined effort by Aly and Ashley... and I love it! I can't believe how Ashley could take the crazy list of things I wanted incorporated (MacBook, Cally the cat, Kitchenaid mixer, plus sewing/travel/baking/shopping/fashion etc.) into ONE header without making it look crazy. What she did totally worked, and I couldn't be happier... GUSH!
Anyways, if you are a blogger and want to hire your next design team, look no further. Bridge Work Blog Designs and Ashbee Designs are the folks you need to book!
It looks great! I've been thinking about getting a new header for a few days now and I think I will, but probably not for another month! I have to figure out what I want first!
