My Favorite Things

As I close the chapter on a previous year-long blog, I felt compelled to continue to write! Not necessarily anything about work or my personal life, but about the things that inspire me, like books and music and recipes and fashion and art and ANYTHING. And I thought, how do I categorize this blog concoction?

The other day I was listening to The Sound of Music soundtrack, and of course I had to play "My Favorite Things" because it's such a classic. And I thought, I'm no Oprah, but people might be interested in the things that I like... or at least I can pretend they do as I write about them!

So there, it begins! A new compilation of my ramblings and musings... let's see where this wind takes us!
